KNU has over 200 international students and staff, with approximately 100 of those students and 30 staff members participating in the Thanksgiving Banquet and festivities.  Those participating represented 15 countries including China, Nepal, the Philippines, and several from the continent of Africa.  Many were sharing thanksgiving stories and their own traditional ways of celebrating.  As the African music was played, many jumped up on the stage to join in with their unique rhythmical dance, which helped to warm up the party.

“We are bonded and proud of being global citizens through this Thanksgiving gathering prepared by KNU,” stated Francis Munene, a student majoring in International Business Management, “I am sure this will remain as a special memory during my overseas study!”
